If you have OCRDocs installed in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, you can use these credits to let OCRDocs recognize your submitted documents.

These credits stay valid for 3 months starting from the purchase date.

a "Fair Use Policy" will be followed of an average of 1.5 pages per document.

The minimum purchase order quantity for the product is 25.

Within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application you can install OCRDocs from the Extension Marketplace.

With OCRDocs, a submitted document can be immediately recognized and processed in your administration.

The following document types can be offered:

PDF documents (.pdf)
Word documents (.doc or .docx)
Excel documents (.xls, .xlsx)
Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, etc.)
XML documents (.xml)
UBL documents (.xml)
PEPPOL documents (.xml)

You buy credits in advance and are therefore not obliged to take out a subscription to which you are committed.

When you run out of credits, you simply buy credits again. A credit has a limited validity.

With OCRDocs it is not necessary to first send a template from a supplier before a document is recognized; OCRDocs will immediately use all information from the document to perform recognition. For example, the supplier, amounts, dates, G/L accounts, purchase receipts, etc. can be extracted directly from the document.
